Once the Wedding ceremony or Church wedding has been booked we are then in a position to confirm
your Wedding Breakfast and accommodation reservations.
To secure your Wedding day at Bindon House the following payments are requested:
• Immediately – A letter of confirmation and an initial deposit of £1000.00
• Three months prior - payment of 50% of the remaining balance
• One month prior - payment of the remaining balance
• Any additional extras incurred on the Wedding Day to be paid on departure
Please note that we have to make an extra handling charge of 2% if you pay by credit card for either the
deposit or any additional payments.
We will add a deposit of £500 to your wedding invoice for any breakages or damage. This will be
returned to you after your wedding should there be none.
The Hotel operates a three-month cancellation policy whereby cancellation of the booking will result in
the retention of any monies paid.
Due to the obvious expenses incurred in planning and performing a wedding I would strongly
recommend that you consider the various insurance cover policies that are available covering all aspects
ensuring peace of mind.
